Renaissance Park
MAINCOMPLETED PROJECTS — RENAISSANCE PARK
A calm, bright interior where wood and stone play the first role, while technology and engineering remain the background. The palette consists of warm white, gray‑blue fabrics, graphite stone and dark veneer accents. Everything is assembled in a single profile and held at precise joints.

Kitchen. It is functional, but elegant in details: facades in a classic profile, a high portal of the cooking zone, a large island with an overhang for planting. Built-in cupboards hide appliances and refrigerators. The apron is tempered glass, the countertops are dark stone with a light streak. There is a linear chandelier above the island, and neat lines of ventilation and exhaust in the ceiling.

Bedroom. The wall behind the headboard is made of soft panels in a calm gray tone. The frame is dark veneer with deep lacquer, mirror inserts add light. The same logic applies to the TV panel and bedside tables — it turns out to be a complete ensemble. There is a warm modular parquet on the floor.
Dressing rooms. Built-in systems up to the ceiling, symmetrical layout of facades, pull-out drawers and sections for different heights of clothing. There are mirrors and countertops in the niches to assemble quickly and without fuss.

Entrance and stairs. The door has a classic pattern of panels and a portal, and there is a stone with contrasting inlay on the floor. A staircase with massive wooden steps, glass fencing and warm lighting along the march.

Bathroom. An accent pedestal with deep gloss legs, a stone countertop and a pair of sinks. Brass ring handles, large mirror and sconces — all in a single rhythm.
