Designer INTERIO GRAND
The concept of the house in the Greenfield cottage village was created in close tandem with the architectural bureau, but the interior design is the merit of the INTERIO GRAND team. We gained freedom in the details and were able to unlock the potential of the space through furniture and wood.

A house for a large family, where every meter is filled with warmth. The owners wanted interiors that combined respectability, comfort and technology. Without ostentatious luxury, but with deep taste. The style is a modern classic with elements of American colonial architecture.
The centerpiece of the composition was a library with a two-level staircase and an antique balcony. We made it completely: from the designs to the tinting and patination. They worked with solid oak, implanted brass elements and hand carvings. The staircase is an engineering solution that combines architecture, mechanics and aesthetics.

The portals between the rooms are made in the same style — framed with ash veneer and thin brass edging. Thanks to a single palette and careful detailing, the house is perceived as a whole, from the hallway to the last closet in the bedroom.
Special attention was paid to the storage system. We have made built-in cabinets that perfectly match the geometry of the walls. A silky matt lacquer and custom-made handles were used in the decoration. The customers immediately felt the level — everything works flawlessly and looks restrainedly expensive.

The work on the project lasted almost a year. We carefully coordinated each element and went forward step by step, as in exact science. The customers highly appreciated our approach, and the result: after a while, we realized a second home for them.
